Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policies
Shipping
Domestic Shipping Policy: All orders are processed within 7 business days (except pre-orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes: Shiffon Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Shiffon Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Pre-Order Policies:
When placing a Pre-Order for the Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate or outdated information.
You will be charged at the time of placing the order. Your placing of a preorder constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time. If production issues prohibit Shiffon Co. from fulfilling the preorder, you will be reimbursed.
Pre-Order Products are expected to be ready to ship within three months from the time the pre-order is placed, but are subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Three months is an estimate, is subject to change, and Shiffon Co. does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Pre-Order product by the estimated date. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by Shiffon Co.
Return Policies
We accept returns for refund within 14 calendar days from the date the product is received. We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items up to 30 calendar days from the date the product is shipped. Please send an email to hello@shiffonco.com if you would like to return your item.
- Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping charges. Refunds will be processed with in 7 days following the receipt of the product. Please email hello@shiffonco.com for return shipping instructions.
- All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE.
- All items that are engraved and / or customized and / or special ordered are FINAL SALE.
- Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.
- Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
- Any returns that do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. All items must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the box makes the item ineligible for returns. In this case, the item will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
- Jewelry that is special ordered, customized are not eligible for returns.
International Returns
Additional shipping charges may be incurred if packages are returned via alternate carriers (including, but not limited to, UPS and Canada Post). Shiffon Co. reserves the right to charge your credit card for any fees we incur at time of package receipt. To avoid additional charges, we recommend sending your return via our preferred Parcel Pro insured FedEx carrier.
